• Oversee approximately twenty consultations/tenders annually from start to finish.
• Direct bid presentations and engage in contract negotiations.
• Maintain thorough reporting in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a cleaning services organization (sales, operations, management, etc.).
• Strong expertise in the industry derived from the cleaning sector.
• Proficient with numbers, data analysis, and adept at learning new tools.
• Profit-sharing / participation (historically up to 3 months' salary).
