Experienced Test Engineer – Medicaid Test Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct all facets of the testing lifecycle for DDI and M&O projects.

• Guarantee high-quality outcomes through effective planning, resource management, and teamwork.

• Establish testing strategies, define project scopes, and set schedules.

• Create and enforce standardized processes, templates, and guidelines for the Test CoE.

• Oversee work distribution, demand management, and assess resource capacity.

• Track productivity and bandwidth to ensure uninterrupted delivery.

• Manage project scope, address issues and changes, and perform risk assessments.

• Collaborate with functional, performance, automation, and release management teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

• A minimum of 4 years in a leadership position.

• Knowledge of the healthcare sector.

• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

• Familiarity with test and defect management tools (e.g., ALM).

• In-depth understanding of automation frameworks and scripting.

• Experience managing large-scale projects and remote teams.

• Proficient in SQL for test data and backend validation.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
