This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Deliver exceptional technical support to users on behalf of our clients.
• Identify and resolve IT issues (hardware, software, networks) remotely for clients.
• Offer user support, training, and guidance on IT best practices.
• Play a role in the ongoing enhancement of IT services, including the updating of technical documentation.
• Master's degree in Computer Science (Bac+5) or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT user support capacity (Helpdesk).
• In-depth knowledge of systems and network architectures.
• Proficient spoken French (C2 level).
• Good command of English (at least B2 level).
• Access to online training.
