Experienced Fully Qualified Lawyer, Attorney – Contract Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance on business law areas including general civil law, contract law, employment law, and corporate law.

• Create and assess contracts.

• Represent clients in both litigation and alternative dispute resolutions.

• Evaluate and enhance clients' internal legal processes, for instance, by standardizing and digitizing operations.

• Utilize our Legal Tech tools.

• Foster and develop client relationships.

• Facilitate training sessions.

• Liaise with the appropriate supervisory authorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed law degree (preferably with a Second State Examination) or an equivalent qualification.

• Ideally, bar admission is preferred.

• Several years of pertinent professional experience.

• Proven experience in legal project management and staff leadership.

• Strong interest in Legal Tech services.

• Proficient in German (both spoken and written) and possess very good English language skills.

• Demonstrates motivation, adaptability, and excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

• Dependable and attentive to detail, even in high-pressure situations.

• Committed and enthusiastic about proactive, independent working styles.

• Willingness to travel and a service-oriented approach.
