Experienced Fullstack Consultant – Java, Python, Gen AI, React, Angular, Vue, Flutter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Execute consulting and implementation projects.

• Participate in the agile development of applications, adhering to Craft practices and integrating Gen AI where applicable.

• Propose customized solutions and challenge client preconceptions.

• Engage actively in Software Engineering research and development.

• Stay updated with technology trends and contribute to the establishment of best practices.

• Work on subjects such as Gen AI, software craftsmanship, architecture, and responsible digital practices.

• Provide training and mentoring to colleagues.

• Share knowledge and assist in the skill development of team members.

• Contribute to career progression and mentoring initiatives.

• Primarily engage in projects located in Paris and the Île-de-France region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the field.

• Expertise in one or more of the following languages or technologies: Java, Python, React, Angular, Vue, or Flutter.

• Strong understanding of software craftsmanship practices, including TDD, DDD, pair programming, and code review.

• An inquisitive mindset and a readiness to explore technological possibilities for Gen AI applications.

• Interest in expanding knowledge regarding responsible digital practices, eco-design, and accessibility.

• Capability to constructively question and challenge concepts.

• Strong team-oriented attitude and dedication to shared success.

• Minimum proficiency of C1 level in French is required.

• Adaptability to meet the diverse contexts of client engagements.
