Experienced Equity Trader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Trillium is seeking skilled and consistently profitable traders who are eager to enhance their current trading strategies.

• Engage in active trading of US, Canada, and OTC equities, along with US options, while pinpointing profitable opportunities in real time.

• Effectively manage risk by observing market conditions, modifying strategies, sizing positions suitably, and adhering to firm-wide policies.

• Uphold a disciplined trading approach, which includes regular evaluations of trades, market conditions, risk, and performance of strategies.

• Stay informed about macroeconomic events, company-specific news, market structure changes, and utilize other research methods to guide trading decisions.

• Foster a collaborative trading environment by exchanging market insights, trade ideas, and pertinent strategy knowledge with fellow experienced traders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A verifiable history of trading profitability, including a minimum of $1 million in cumulative trading P&L.

• At least 2 years of successful active trading experience in US equities or options.

• A well-defined and repeatable trading process.

• Strong discipline in risk management.

• The capability to articulate trading strategies clearly and in detail.

• A competitive, adaptable, and resilient mindset.

• Must possess a 2+ year track record of success in US Equities and be able to communicate your strategies clearly.

• Candidates should have significant live trading experience along with a solid process for identifying, sizing, managing, and reviewing trades.
