Experienced CTO in residence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Observe the client team and their processes at the onset of a project.

• Assist management in establishing a technical strategy for both the short and long term.

• Organize the team (Product and/or Engineering) and support in hiring, onboarding, and assessing team members.

• Serve as the primary individual accountable for all technical matters, including architecture, tooling, and development processes.

• Technical expertise: Comprehensive understanding of contemporary software development, technologies, services, and tools.

• Utilize AI effectively as an integral part of your workflow.

• Acquaintance with best-practice development processes and policies.

• Proficiency in English is required.
