This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Collaborate with the client, Gainwell business teams, Gainwell technical teams, and other vendors to identify and develop both business and technical solutions.
• Analyze CoreMMIS reports to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors.
• Create requirements, business designs, and processes for necessary system modifications.
• Develop and/or oversee the creation of ad hoc reports aimed at monitoring, supporting, and analyzing Provider Enrollment processes.
• Engage in internal and external committees and workgroups as requested.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage time effectively and work independently while thriving in a strong team setting.
• A minimum of 9 years of Business Analyst experience within the Healthcare Industry.
• Knowledge of private health insurance and Medicaid is mandatory.
• Previous experience in health insurance, with an understanding of Member and Provider Relations, Systems Life Cycle, and Project Management.
• Strong grasp of accounting and finance functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in advanced PC applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Proven analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
