Experienced Business Analyst – Medicaid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take charge of business analysis leadership for a significant, cross-functional system implementation or modernization project.

• Act as the primary Business Analyst and Project Business Lead (BL) on a multifaceted, multi-workstream initiative.

• Supervise the complete lifecycle management of structured solution modifications across the BA team.

• Serve as the main point of contact for DHS, collaborating closely with the Project Manager.

• Lead and facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and design sessions.

• Ensure the integrity of end-to-end solutions by aligning requirements, technical designs, and operational implications.

• Collaborate with the Test Lead and testing team to ensure test scenarios are properly aligned.

• Uphold quality assurance standards across all deliverables produced by the BA team.

• Manage project coordination and communication efforts effectively.

• Assist the Project Manager with BA team resource allocation and workload management.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to members of the BA team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of nine years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a requirements lead role.

• Experience in supporting Medicaid or healthcare system implementations is mandatory.

• Proven track record of leading Business Analyst teams effectively.

• Demonstrable ability to drive requirements elicitation, design coordination, and the delivery of intricate system solutions.

• Strong understanding of requirements elicitation, writing, and SDLC/PLC processes.

• Capability to foster quality, consistency, and accountability among diverse contributors and deliverables.
