• Design the future of customer experience and establish scalable service delivery.
• Conduct operational analyses and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Lead collaborative working sessions across functions and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Develop data-driven business cases for initiatives spanning the enterprise.
• Evaluate operational performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Guide junior team members in analytical precision and storytelling for executive audiences.
• Extensive experience in designing enterprise-level customer experience strategies.
• Strong financial insight and a background in developing business cases.
• Proven success in leading customer experience strategy, service model development, or large-scale transformation projects, with over 10 years in strategy, consulting, operations, or service design.
• Advanced skills in structured problem-solving.
• Proven capability to influence senior leadership and foster alignment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, STEM, Humanities, or a related field; an advanced degree, CXPA certification, or Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
