This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee large-scale enterprise programs and transformation projects from initial planning to final delivery.
• Ensure milestones, OKRs, and Plan of Record commitments are met across various cross-functional teams.
• Create and manage transformation roadmaps that outline clear dependencies, timelines, and metrics for success.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and PMO teams to synchronize priorities and execution strategies.
• Lead governance efforts, including steering committees, executive reviews, and stage-gate meetings.
• Track program health, delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies while facilitating proactive issue resolution.
• Identify and introduce process enhancements that improve collaboration, delivery efficiency, and operational uniformity.
• Promote the adoption of Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies based on business and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports at the executive level and convert delivery insights into actionable recommendations.
• Mentor team members and cross-functional partners on delivery methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and program execution strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of project or program management experience in a matrixed, fast-paced, or regulated setting.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs within Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, or Operations teams.
• Strong grasp of program governance, dependency management, and delivery planning processes.
• Experience implementing Agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies in complex initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with project, portfolio, or workflow management tools such as Jira, Workfront, Figma, or comparable platforms.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities while ensuring consistent delivery outcomes.
• Experience in preparing executive-level updates, reports, and presentations.
