
Expansion Manager, Americas Agency Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.
β’ Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy aimed at acquiring corporate travel channel partners throughout North America.
β’ Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at targeted accounts.
β’ Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
β’ Create customized value propositions for TMCs, GDSs, OBTs, travel procurement teams, and enterprise travel buyers.
β’ Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Operations teams to structure partnership agreements and onboard channel partners.
β’ Build and oversee a pipeline of prospective partners while forecasting against revenue and volume goals.
β’ Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and travel-related events.
β’ Negotiate pricing, volume commitments, and integration requirements.
β’ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
β’ Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management for seamless handoff and long-term retention.
β’ Provide updates on pipeline health, deal progression, and market intelligence to senior leadership.
β’ Assist in defining the hiring strategy and eventually recruit, onboard, and lead a small business development team.
β’ Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales, with considerable experience in the corporate travel sector, TMCs, or the broader travel/mobility industry.
β’ Proven success in sourcing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B partnerships or enterprise deals as an individual contributor.
β’ A well-established network within the corporate travel ecosystem is highly preferred.
β’ Experience in negotiating commercial agreements that include volume commitments, revenue sharing, or marketplace integration terms.
β’ In-depth knowledge of corporate travel purchasing, management, and booking processes, including RFP cycles, managed travel programs, and policy compliance.
β’ Strong consultative selling and negotiation capabilities.
β’ Comfortable interacting with VP/C-level stakeholders.
β’ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop a channel and playbook from the ground up.
β’ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
β’ A data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
β’ Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
β’ Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
β’ Existing connections with major North American TMCs or corporate travel agencies are preferred.
β’ Experience in travel marketplaces, GDS, or travel technology platforms is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with API/technical integration concepts relevant to travel booking systems is advantageous.
β’ Must have legal authorization to work in the country specified in the job description.
