This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the senior exhibition lead and a trusted strategic advisor for clients.
• Convert client goals into impactful exhibition environments and experiences.
• Promote a sponsor-first mindset throughout all planning and execution phases.
• Conduct post-event reviews, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Manage client feedback throughout the project lifecycle, pinpointing solutions and fostering continuous improvement.
• Oversee the execution of complex exhibition programmes with over 100 exhibitors and sponsors.
• Supervise exhibition frameworks, timelines, trackers, operational processes, and exhibitor handbooks.
• Facilitate weekly meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Work closely with Sponsorship, F&B, Creative, and Production teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• Take charge of exhibition contingency planning and risk management.
• Guarantee that project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met successfully.
• Establish and nurture exceptional relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Direct supplier management activities and promote a collaborative "one team" ethos.
• Implement comprehensive tracking and reporting systems to ensure sponsor fulfillment and operational excellence.
• Oversee exhibition branding, signage, architectural elements, and areas for attendee engagement.
• Ensure that exhibition environments meet client objectives, budgetary constraints, and safety standards.
• Enhance attendee and exhibitor experiences through strategic design and layout choices.
• Develop and manage exhibition budgets exceeding $5M.
• Provide accurate forecasting, budget reporting, and financial oversight.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining the quality of attendee, sponsor, and exhibitor experiences.
• Offer proactive solutions and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee exhibition teams, suppliers, venue partners, and stakeholders.
• Over 8 years of experience leading and executing large-scale exhibition programmes, preferably in conference or major event settings.
• Strong agency experience is highly preferred.
• Proven success in managing exhibition show floors with more than 100 exhibitors and sponsors.
• Significant experience overseeing complex budgets of $5M or more.
• Strong expertise in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience collaborating with Creative, Production, and Technical teams on large-scale event environments.
• Robust commercial, financial, and contract management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain composure and decisiveness in high-pressure situations.
