This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Ative Prospecting: Strategic outreach to new clients (B2B) via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
• Consultative Diagnosis: Identify client pain points (high turnover, lack of time, incorrect hiring) before proposing solutions
• Solutions Presentation: Conduct meetings (primarily focusing on Google Meet) to showcase the added value of our services (Recruitment, Interns, Temporary workers, etc.)
• Negotiation and Closing: Prepare proposals aligned with client needs and lead the contract closing process
• CRM Management: Keep the sales funnel updated to ensure predictable results
• Proven experience in B2B consultative sales
• Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented profile
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with decision-makers (business owners and managers)
• Entrepreneurial mindset (comfortable working with performance-based compensation)
• Support: Provision of lists of qualified leads by the unit
