This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and map companies with potential for corporate travel and business opportunities;
• Prospect new clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and strategic networking;
• Schedule and conduct business meetings with managers, directors, and company owners;
• Assess client potential, considering size, volume, needs, and available budget;
• Perform consultative diagnostics to understand the pains, challenges, and processes of corporate clients;
• Prioritize opportunities with the highest likelihood of conversion and profitability;
• Present customized solutions, demonstrating competitive advantages and return on investment (ROI);
• Develop technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs and internal policies;
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, deadlines, and SLAs, ensuring financial viability;
• Manage negotiations through to contract closure, ensuring alignment between proposal and delivery;
• Record and track opportunities in the CRM, maintaining an updated and organized pipeline;
• Monitor negotiation statuses, conduct forecasts, and oversee the sales cycle;
• Strategically act to reduce the sales cycle and increase conversion rates;
• Achieve targets for new clients, revenue, and commercial performance;
• Maintain active relationships with prospects and clients throughout the sales process;
• Perform strategic follow-ups and manage objections consultatively;
• Ensure a smooth transition for clients post-closure, supporting onboarding with internal teams;
• Monitor competitors, pricing, and trends in the corporate market;
• Identify opportunities for new products, segments, and commercial adjustments;
• Represent the company institutionally at events, fairs, and strategic meetings, strengthening the brand and commercial positioning.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Tourism, International Relations, or related fields;
• Solid experience in B2B sales and active prospecting, focusing on consultative sales in medium to long cycles, with a hunter profile for new account generation;
• Experience with consultative sales techniques, such as SPIN Selling, Solution Selling, Challenger Sale, among others;
• Knowledge in CRM management and commercial pipeline, using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar;
• Experience in preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals aligned with business strategy;
• Ability to analyze commercial indicators (KPIs), tracking metrics such as conversion rates, average ticket size, sales cycle, and portfolio performance;
• Proficiency in commercial negotiation and contractual concepts, including negotiation of contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms;
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills for engaging with corporate decision-makers;
• Familiarity with digital tools and online prospecting, with professional use of LinkedIn, email, videoconferences, and presentations;
• Understanding of the corporate sector and B2B purchasing dynamics;
• Knowledge of compliance and corporate policies applicable to commercial negotiations;
• Intermediate proficiency in English or Spanish.
