This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Conduct comprehensive end-to-end executive searches (brief → search strategy → shortlist → offer → closure) for senior and executive positions.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines and market maps for essential functions and products (sourcing, outreach, scheduling management, interviews, communication with Hiring Managers, candidate relations, offer management).
• Identify passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, events, and targeted outreach; oversee outreach cadence and employer branding interactions.
• Implement structured interview processes and scorecards; provide guidance to hiring managers on assessment and calibration.
• Negotiate offers and oversee the closing process (including compensation benchmarking and reference checks).
• Monitor, report, and enhance recruiting KPIs and candidate experience metrics; collaborate with People Analytics to assess quality of hire and time-to-productivity.
• Mentor hiring managers on effective hiring practices and diversity-aware sourcing techniques.
• Ensure data accuracy in ATS and maintain compliance with recruitment processes (GDPR / local laws).
• 5–7 years of progressive hands-on executive search experience (either in-house or with retained search firms).
• Demonstrated success in closing mid-senior to executive-level positions (Director / VP / C-suite or equivalent).
• Preferably experience in hiring for technology companies (SaaS, Platform, FinTech, Consumer Tech / Marketplace) or high-risk sectors such as gambling or dating & gaming industries.
• Experience in recruiting across EMEA with a solid understanding of the CIS technology landscape.

This funding can be utilized for co-working space rent or home office setup (desk, chair, internet, etc.) during that period.
