This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drives the expansion of the direct hire client portfolio.
• Oversees the direct hire team to meet company objectives and fulfill client direct hire requirements.
• Manages the complete lifecycle of job orders from client engagement to offer acceptance.
• Leverages various marketing resources to enhance candidate engagement.
• Cultivates and sustains long-term client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
• Implements effective search strategies; sources and qualifies top-tier candidates, aligning them with current open positions and preparing them for client presentation.
• Market top candidates to competitor organizations.
• Conducts debriefs with clients and candidates throughout the selection process to effectively negotiate position offers.
• Utilizes applicant tracking systems to monitor sourcing program success and assess the effectiveness of strategies, pipelines, conversions, and offers.
• Provides reports and regular status updates to leadership and hiring managers as needed.
• Responsible for adhering to processes in accordance with policies, practices, and legal requirements.
• Complies with company standards and maintains adherence to all policies and procedures.
• Conducts thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and presentations.
• Manages offer negotiations and guarantees a smooth candidate experience.
• Develops and maintains a robust pipeline of executive talent across key industries and functions.
• May require occasional travel to client sites locally and on occasions nationwide.
• Acts as a point of contact for a prominent strategic client.
• Delivers market intelligence, compensation insights, and recommendations for hiring strategies.
• Ensures outstanding client satisfaction through proactive communication and reliable delivery.
• Leads regular business reviews and provides updates on search progress and hiring trends.
• 2-4 years or more of successful recruiting experience for skilled and direct-hire roles.
• 2-4 years of experience in managing a team of recruiting professionals.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office is required.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the capability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints.
• Must have a keen attention to detail.
• Preferred expertise in Executive Search, Accounting & Finance, Office and Professional, Light Industrial, IT, and Hospitality verticals.
