This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee and orchestrate all scheduling for the search team, which includes client meetings, interviews, and internal team discussions.
β’ Directly engage with clients to organize meetings, provide updates, and guarantee an exceptional client experience throughout the search journey.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring their experiences are smooth, supportive, and professional.
β’ Collaborate with team members to monitor progress across various search projects, ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are achieved.
β’ Conduct focused research to discover potential candidates, organizations, and networks.
β’ Create, revise, and format position descriptions, candidate profiles, client updates, and other written materials.
β’ Assist in client communications by preparing agendas, taking meeting notes, and distributing action items.
β’ Maintain precise and up-to-date records of candidates and clients in databases and project management tools.
β’ Manage confidential information with care and professionalism.
β’ Contribute to process enhancements that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the search team.
β’ Oversee additional administrative and operational tasks for the search team as required, including CRM updates and job postings.
β’ A minimum of five years of experience in campaigns, advocacy, HR, or project management; experience in supporting executive search or recruitment processes is a plus.
β’ Strong experience in scheduling and calendar management, including the ability to balance multiple priorities for senior leaders.
β’ Capable of managing projects and processes while assisting a team in meeting deadlines and deliverables.
β’ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients and candidates.
β’ Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Keen attention to detail, a high standard of excellence, and the ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously.
β’ Strong judgment and a high degree of discretion.
β’ Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, solve problems, and anticipate needs.
β’ Demonstrated dedication to racial, social, and economic justice.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with databases/CRMs.
