Executive – Sales and Technical Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver on-site support to clients within a designated region

• Collaborate with the sales team to effectively maintain relationships with current customers

• Improve customer satisfaction and attract new clientele

• Provide daily technical assistance to existing customers

• Monitor and report on major customers' chemical usage, bath operation data, and competitive insights

• Support sales engineers in retaining business from current customers

• Aid sales engineers in acquiring new clients

• Timely reporting of quality issues to the company

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or B. Tech in Chemical Engineering with 3-6 years of relevant experience
