This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Supervise a portfolio of "House Accounts" generating over $7M in annual revenue.
• Ensure the effective, profitable management of long-term accounts with an emphasis on sustained growth.
• Enable smooth transitions of projects from sister teams to the Ongoing Support team after initial builds or redesign launches.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for organic account expansion and increased scope.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of both senior and junior producers.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high production standards.
• Offer guidance on resource management, workflows, and best practices for delivery.
• Provide executive oversight on key projects to guarantee quality, consistency, and operational excellence.
• Take on the lead role in select high-priority or complex engagements as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery from strategy through to execution.
• A minimum of 10 years of production experience.
• At least 2 years in an Executive Producer or Head of Production position managing multi-million dollar portfolios ($5M+).
• Demonstrable success in managing large teams, emphasizing retention, stability, and high-volume delivery.
• Proficient in balancing a combination of full-time employees, "permalancers," and project-based freelancers across various workstreams.
• Capable of diagnosing and rectifying complex, off-track programs by implementing structure, aligning cross-functional teams (production, development, design), and restoring confidence in delivery under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of agency operations, including burn rates, profitability monitoring, and resource allocation.
• Proven technical fluency in modern digital platforms and architectures, facilitating strong partnerships with engineering and informed decision-making on complex builds.
• Significant experience with Jira and a keen interest in utilizing AI to enhance workflows and operations.
• Experience in managing talent across all levels, from senior producers to early-career team members.
