This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Operate independently to record episodes using Riverside or Streamyard (for livestream specials).
• Partner with hosts on all aspects of show creativity, covering entire episodes as well as social media content.
• Oversee the complete production process of the show, from long-term planning to the creation of run sheets, and from managing recordings to final episode delivery.
• Handle scheduling, coordination, and logistics to guarantee the seamless execution of all production elements.
• Edit video episodes and mix audio to create high-quality content, publishing episodes on our distribution platforms and leveraging tools to maximize reach on platforms like YouTube.
• Maintain consistency in style and audio quality throughout all segments.
• Create and integrate graphics during post-production.
• Conduct in-depth research to discover engaging topics and trends relevant to our audience, along with essential statistics for our on-air talent.
• Assist in the development of innovative segments, series, and formats that enhance value and boost listener engagement.
• Identify and extract social clips from full episodes for distribution on YouTube and various social channels.
• Edit social media clips.
• Collaborate closely with the show’s hosts and producers to create social-first content.
• Foster community engagement through Discord, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Coordinate with hosts, guests, and team members to collect content and feedback.
• Manage timelines and provide consistent updates on production status.
• 5+ years of experience in producing podcasts or shows.
• 5+ years of experience in video editing; demonstrated proficiency with audio and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong research abilities and the capacity to develop creative content segments.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of YouTube platform dynamics and best practices for social media.
