This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of comprehensive production management for large-scale, high-budget, or complex experiential initiatives, which include live events, brand activations, tours, pop-ups, conferences, and hybrid/digital experiences.
• Direct the production strategy from conception to execution, converting creative concepts into practical, scalable plans.
• Anticipate and manage production-related risks, dependencies, and operational obstacles across various programs.
• Provide onsite leadership for live events and activations, including travel as necessary.
• Act as the primary production lead for one or more flagship clients or intricate accounts with multiple active workstreams, ensuring alignment across programs, timelines, budgets, and vendors.
• Supervise multiple projects running concurrently under a single client relationship, maintaining a cohesive production approach and delivery standard.
• Serve as the long-term production steward for assigned accounts, ensuring continuity, institutional knowledge, and trusted client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with Account Leadership to manage scope, resources, forecasting, and prioritization across all client workstreams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline production processes, utilize shared vendors, and enhance efficiency and scalability throughout the client portfolio.
• Contribute to account growth through proactive production strategies, aiding in renewals, expansions, and agreed-upon work.
• Manage multimillion-dollar production budgets at both the program and account levels.
• Develop and approve estimates, production timelines, vendor contracts, SOWs, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Finance and Account teams to ensure projects and accounts achieve agency profitability targets.
• Promote financial discipline, accurate forecasting, and margin performance across all assigned work.
• Directly oversee and mentor Senior Producers and Producers assigned to flagship or multi-workstream accounts.
• Provide direction on production planning, budgeting, execution, and client communications.
• Act as a point of escalation for production issues, staffing requirements, and client concerns.
• Assist in performance management, feedback, and professional development in conjunction with the Production Director.
• Cultivate a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive culture within a distributed, remote-first team.
• Serve as a senior, client-facing production leader, establishing trust through expertise, clarity, and decisive action.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Account, and Operations teams to synchronize scope, expectations, and delivery.
• Clearly articulate production trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to both internal and client stakeholders.
• Identify and evaluate new vendors, technologies, and experiential formats to enhance quality, efficiency, and innovation.
• 10–15+ years of experience in experiential/event production, with 3–5+ years in a senior leadership position.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale experiential programs with production budgets ranging from $500K to $5M+.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing production for multi-project, multi-workstream client accounts.
• Extensive knowledge of live event production, fabrication, logistics, AV, staffing, permitting, and safety protocols.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing estimates, SOWs, contracts, and reconciliations.
• Experience in leading and mentoring production teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
