This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, weekly planning routines, and daily execution check-ins.
• Transform “brain dumps” into organized tasks, assigning owners, deadlines, and follow-ups (including escalation when necessary).
• Facilitate cross-business execution: align plans, eliminate obstacles, and sustain momentum through swift adjustments.
• Maintain a weekly portfolio scorecard covering marketing, sales KPIs, project milestones, risks, and next steps.
• Collaborate with key operators and partners (Ops, Sales, and Deal partners) to monitor commitments and ensure accountability.
• Coordinate activities across different time zones and teams (including St. Martin ground support and remote VAs).
• Provide light support for investor/client communication (owners/investors, not guests).
• Over 5 years of experience in Chief of Staff / Senior Executive Assistant / Operations Partner roles supporting a founder or CEO.
• Demonstrated ability to manage execution systems from start to finish (priorities → plans → tracking → completion).
• Comfortable enforcing accountability with senior operators and partners; possesses a clear and confident follow-up style.
• Strong project management abilities (ClickUp, Asana, or equivalent) and a disciplined approach to KPI reporting.
• Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience; proficient with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana/ClickUp or similar) and preferably experience with US or UK-based companies—applications lacking this will not be considered.
