This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
• Oversee intricate executive calendars involving various stakeholders.
• Create agendas and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Supervise and manage executive inboxes and communications.
• Monitor leads, meetings, and ongoing activities.
• Guarantee timely completion of all deliverables.
• Organize travel logistics as necessary.
• Coordinate scheduling and meetings while proactively resolving conflicts.
• Assist in the planning and execution of significant business sessions.
• Write and organize both internal and external communications.
• Maintain precise data and workflows within CRM systems.
• Manage tasks and deadlines through project management tools.
• Facilitate recurring meetings and ensure accountability.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in an executive assistant or administrative support position.
• Proficient in English with clear and professional communication skills.
