This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Understanding and managing NDIS participant records
• Assisting with service agreements and onboarding documents
• Maintaining compliance records and conducting audits
• Reporting incidents and managing records
• Keeping worker screening and training registers up to date
• Preparing invoices for Plan Managers, Self-Managed, and NDIA participants
• Following up on unpaid invoices and payments
• Managing participant budgets and tracking services
• Supporting data collection for payroll for staff and contractors
• Maintaining customer databases and CRM systems
• Tracking leads and referral partners
• Recording interactions and follow-up activities
• Generating weekly business reports
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support capacity.
• Previous experience working with an Australian company or client
• Familiarity with NDIS administration and aged care administration
• Experience in sales support, lead outreach, or customer service is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with a professional phone demeanor.
• Experience in managing email inboxes, calendars, and general administrative tasks.
• Solid bookkeeping experience and knowledge of accounting software are advantageous.
• Experience with CMS platforms.
• Experience handling business social media accounts and creating or scheduling content.
• Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to swiftly adapt to new industries, systems, and processes through structured training.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
