This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee a portfolio of elevator units by fostering strong relationships with current customers.
• Act as the main point of contact for prompt resolution of customer inquiries and needs.
• Generate modernization sales through networking, bids, and tenders.
• Formulate your own sales strategy to meet sales objectives while ensuring profitability.
• Utilize Otis' sales tools to effectively monitor opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales outcomes.
• Engage in sales negotiations and finalize deals, ensuring timely payment.
• Work collaboratively with team members, including other sales representatives and field personnel.
• The candidate must coordinate with the factory and head office to place modernization orders and schedule projects on time.
• Responsible for managing materials by collaborating with the factory based on customer needs.
• The candidate is also accountable for payment collection related to sales orders.
• The candidate should liaise with internal departments such as construction and finance for effective order management.
