Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Guide clients throughout the loan process from application to closing, addressing any client inquiries along the way.

• Develop and sustain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other industry professionals, as well as friends, family, and previous clients to promote the Rocket brand and assist homebuyers or homeowners in securing appropriate real estate financing.

• Consult with clients to assess their financial situations and identify suitable loan products.

• Review client financial documentation and status, including credit history, employment, income, assets, and property, to ensure qualification for financing.

• Foster relationships with mortgage referral sources and advocate for the advantages of partnering with Rocket Mortgage.

• Educate and inform clients about the home-buying or refinancing process and effective mortgage management strategies.

• Build, develop, and maintain a portfolio of business to enhance referral volume and revenue generation.

• Deliver high-quality client service to referral sources and clients alike.

• Keep informed about Rocket Mortgage's product offerings, eligibility criteria, and any changes in processes.

• Represent the Rocket brand at civic and community events to promote business development and generate leads for the branch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the mortgage loan origination field.

• Possession of state and federal licenses.

• Demonstrated success in obtaining referrals and generating lead volumes.

• Strong skills in professional communication, time management, results orientation, teamwork, and critical/strategic thinking.

• Preferred: A minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.

• A strong desire to work and advance within an entrepreneurial environment.
