Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agents and various industry professionals.

• Promote the Rocket brand while assisting homebuyers in securing financing.

• Consult with clients to identify suitable loan products for their needs.

• Guide and educate clients throughout the home-buying journey.

• Assess client financial situations and documentation thoroughly.

• Support clients during the entire loan process, from application to closing.

• Deliver outstanding client service experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in originating mortgage loans.

• Possession of Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses.

• Excellent professional communication abilities.

• Strong time management capabilities.

• Proficient in critical and strategic thinking skills.

• Results-oriented mindset.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in self-generated mortgage loan origination is preferred.
