This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Proactively generate new commercial loan and lease opportunities that align with growth and profitability objectives.
• Build and oversee a personal pipeline of qualified prospects through strategic calling and relationship-building initiatives.
• Identify, cultivate, and onboard new dealer, vendor, and OEM relationships and programs.
• Structure transactions, negotiate pricing, and analyze client financials to determine transaction viability.
• Collaborate with credit, documentation, and operations teams to ensure efficient and accurate deal execution.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard high-achieving Executive Sales Officers.
• Provide continuous coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance sales capabilities, credit knowledge, and relationship management skills.
• Create annual sales budgets and territory growth strategies for the team and individual.
• Over 10 years of experience in commercial banking or financial services.
• More than 10 years of direct experience in developing dealer, vendor, and OEM relationships and programs.
• Proven success in personal production and achieving team-based sales outcomes.
• Strong skills in credit and financial analysis with the ability to structure complex transactions.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills with a successful track record in developing sales professionals.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship management abilities.
