This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide strategic and operational guidance for organization-wide front-end revenue cycle services, patient access operations, and ambulatory scheduling functions.
• Enhance financial outcomes, improve access to care, and streamline workflows.
• Spearhead large-scale Epic and EMR-driven transformation initiatives across a healthcare system or multi-site organization.
• Integrate strategic vision, financial stewardship, and hands-on operational proficiency to boost efficiency, enhance patient experience, and elevate organizational performance.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.
• A Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related discipline) is preferred.
• Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, specifically in revenue cycle, patient access, or ambulatory operations.
• Proven experience in managing call centers or access centers within a healthcare setting.
• Strong expertise in implementing and optimizing Epic (or similar EMR) systems is required.
• A demonstrated history of budget management, financial oversight, and enhancing operational performance.
• Experience in leading multi-site or enterprise-level healthcare operations is highly preferred.
