• Acts as the primary collaborator with the President and executive leaders on internal strategy.

• Designs internal frameworks and performance outcome processes.

• Guides the transition to artificial intelligence internally to enhance employee productivity.

• Over 12 years of experience in system leadership, leadership development, or organizational development.

• Utilizes a strong understanding of business strategy and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Leverages data and insights to track progress and foster a culture of accountability.

• Possesses a strong executive presence and the capability to influence at the highest levels.

• Maneuvers through complex organizational dynamics with sound judgment.

• Prior experience in a performance-oriented or executive leadership role is preferred.

• Familiarity with or a strong aptitude for enabling artificial intelligence is desirable.
