This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Nuclear Materials & Analytical Services organization
• Provide leadership and supervision for engineering programs
• Facilitate integration across engineering disciplines including structural, inspection, software, and monitoring
• Assist utilities in managing urgent plant conditions
• Offer executive oversight for significant and complex engineering projects
• Direct organizational development efforts, including recruitment and mentorship
• Promote a culture of high accountability and collaboration
• Establish and sustain strong relationships with utility leadership
• Engage with various technical groups within SI Engineering Services
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• At least 20 years of experience in the nuclear sector
• A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in managing engineering teams
• Strong expertise in operating fleet engineering programs and structural integrity
• Experience in managing large-scale engineering projects and technical organizations
• Comprehensive understanding of nuclear utility operations and regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated leadership in staff development and organizational growth
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Strong business insight, including forecasting and utilization management
