This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic direction for two advanced Lung Cancer-focused assets, managing global commercial strategies, acting as the commercial representative at the Global Product Team (GPT), and advocating for the Brand across BeOne territories, with senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Direct the Global Brand Team (GBT) to ensure effective information sharing and best practice dissemination between GPT, GBT, and regional/affiliate team members.
• Create a unified perspective on brand growth drivers and guarantee alignment with established business objectives.
• Serve as the singular commercial representative to the Global Product Team (GPT), R&D, Tech Ops, Executive Leadership, and Solid Tumor Franchise Teams to foster organizational alignment and advancement.
• Oversee critical cross-functional processes including the Annual Brand Plan, the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and the Long-Range Plan (LRP) processes.
• Cultivate, motivate, and develop talent within the global commercial team as BeOne allocates resources for brand teams in preparation for launches and commercialization.
• Collaborate with cross-regional and cross-functional colleagues to formulate brand strategies for various indications, creating an integrated perspective on lifecycle management priorities.
• Incorporate significant market insights into global launch readiness plans and facilitate the execution of global commercial strategies in local markets.
• Ensure sustained growth by translating intricate clinical evidence into a cohesive global narrative that promotes market leadership.
• Aggregate competitor insights that encompass various modalities and indications into a unified product perspective.
• Formulate concise competitive response strategies grounded in a thorough understanding of marketplace dynamics and competitor approaches.
• Work alongside functional leaders to generate insights that enhance business performance, and develop and maintain a Global Brand Dashboard.
• Lead the cross-functional team in executing launch readiness preparations and facilitating discussions with GBT member markets.
• Drive value maximization and propose growth strategies to achieve long-term objectives for the Solid Tumor portfolio.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regions, and Corporate Communications to develop and refine stakeholder communications.
• Partner with Tech Ops to ensure efficient supply and demand management.
• Foster strong relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers and thought leaders to capitalize on market opportunities.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or healthcare-related commercial roles, including at least 5 years in oncology/hematology.
• Over 5 years of experience in Global Marketing/New Product Planning.
• Proven track record in guiding brand strategy and new product planning at various phases of the product lifecycle.
• Experience in product launches, whether from a Global-based role or a Market-based role.
• Advanced or expert proficiency in solid tumors and highly competitive markets.
• A strong team player capable of integrating feedback from key stakeholders (both internal and external) to drive cross-regional and cross-functional alignment.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and lead high-performing, matrixed teams.
• Highly skilled and effective in engaging, connecting, and influencing stakeholders at all levels, from senior leadership to local marketing teams.
• Familiarity with change management principles and experience in driving organizational change.
• Strong desire and ability to collaborate across time zones, geographies, and cultures to enhance the lives of patients and caregivers.
