This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic direction for TEVIMBRA, managing global commercial strategies, acting as the commercial representative on the Global Product Team (GPT), and representing the Brand across BeOne territories, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Lead the Global Brand Team (GBT) to ensure effective information sharing and the exchange of best practices among GPT, GBT, and regional/affiliate team members.
• Establish a unified perspective on brand growth drivers and ensure actions align with agreed business objectives.
• Serve as the singular commercial voice to the Global Product Team (GPT), R&D, Tech Ops, Executive Leadership, and Solid Tumor Franchise Teams to promote organizational alignment and progress.
• Facilitate key cross-functional processes, including the Annual Brand Plan, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long-Range Plan (LRP) processes.
• Collaborate with cross-regional and cross-functional teams to formulate brand strategies for various indications.
• Incorporate significant market insights into global launch readiness plans and support the execution of global commercial strategies in local markets.
• Ensure sustainable growth by translating complex clinical data into a cohesive global narrative that fosters market leadership.
• Synthesize competitor insights across multiple disease areas/indications into a unified product perspective.
• Develop clear competitive response strategies based on a thorough understanding of market performance and competitor tactics.
• Work closely with functional leaders to generate insights that enhance business performance and create and maintain a Global Brand Dashboard.
• Identify obstacles to brand adoption and formulate strategies to drive ongoing brand growth.
• Maximize value and propose growth strategies to fulfill the long-term ambitions of the Solid Tumor portfolio.
• Partner with Regions and Corporate Communications to develop and refine communications for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Tech Ops to ensure efficient supply and demand management.
• Foster strong relationships with internal colleagues and external customers to seize market opportunities.
• 14+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or healthcare-related commercial fields, including over 5 years in oncology/hematology.
• More than 5 years of experience in Global Marketing or New Product Planning.
• Proven experience in leading brand strategy and new product planning throughout various stages of the product lifecycle.
• Product launch experience, either from a Global or Market-based perspective.
• Advanced or expert knowledge in solid tumors and highly competitive markets.
• Strong collaborator capable of incorporating feedback from key stakeholders and driving cross-regional and cross-functional alignment.
• A demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and lead high-performing, matrixed teams.
• Highly skilled in engaging, connecting, and influencing individuals at all levels, from senior leadership to local marketing teams.
• Knowledge of change management principles and experience in implementing organizational change.
• Strong commitment and ability to work across time zones, geographies, and cultures to enhance the lives of patients and caregivers.
