Executive Director, Business Enablement and Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee enterprise governance that aligns clinical and operational requirements with technology implementation.

• Establish clear decision-making authority, prioritization frameworks, and collaboration models among OSH business leaders and DDAT partners.

• Collaborate with Technology and EHR teams to create scalable capabilities.

• Serve as a principal business-side Epic subject matter expert.

• Manage the health of the business delivery and implementation portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of senior leadership experience in extensive healthcare settings.

• In-depth experience within Epic ecosystems.

• Demonstrated ability to function effectively in shared-service and matrixed environments.

• Willingness to travel: 10% to Chicago, IL (OSH).
