Executive Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Act as the chief executive officer of the school, responsible for the development and oversight of all educational programs.

• Manage the school’s budget, including forecasting and workforce planning.

• Make strategic financial, operational, and resource allocations to meet objectives.

• Supervise all business decisions within the school to ensure targets are met.

• Support and empower academic leaders in managing staff related to teaching and academic performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).

• Over 10 years of relevant professional experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in a management role within a specific area.

• Valid Colorado Academic Administrator Certification.

• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
