Executive Connect & Invite-Only Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• The Executive Connect & Invite-Only Manager is tasked with the effective execution of TM Forum’s Executive Connect program and Invite-Only sponsor experiences.

• Oversee tailored sponsor-executive meetings, high-value sessions, and senior-level interactions at TM Forum’s global events.

• Manage the entire delivery process — from sponsor onboarding and audience targeting to acquisition, outreach, scheduling, and on-site execution.

• Ensure that every interaction brings value to both sponsors and senior CSP attendees.

• Report to the Senior Executive Connect & Invite-Only Manager while focusing on providing a seamless, high-quality experience for both sponsors and delegates.

• Uphold strong operational delivery and contribute to ongoing enhancements within the Executive Connect and Invite-Only formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in delivering executive-level engagement programs, event operations, sponsorship fulfillment, or high-value client interactions.

• Demonstrated capability to manage intricate, multi-stakeholder workflows across global events and different time zones.

• Effective communicator with the ability to confidently engage with high-level CSP executives and senior sponsor representatives.

• Experience in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments, coupled with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when addressing escalations or time-sensitive challenges.

• Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Familiarity with telecoms, technology, B2B events, or curated meeting programs is a plus.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, scheduling tools, and project management software is advantageous.
