Executive Concierge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Address guest inquiries through phone, email, chat, ticketing systems, and internal platforms.

• Offer information regarding reservations, services, and property specifics.

• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests effectively.

• Guide guests through the entire reservation process seamlessly.

• Suggest appropriate accommodation options tailored to guest preferences.

• Support reservation adjustments, extensions, cancellations, and similar requests.

• Provide local recommendations and helpful information.

• Assist with additional services and special requests as needed.

• Anticipate guest needs and proactively propose solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill guest requests.

• Maintain precise records and communication within CRM systems, including HubSpot, Guesty, and Basecamp.

• Contribute to key performance indicators for guest satisfaction, response times, and service excellence.

• Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and initiatives for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in hospitality, customer service, corporate housing, reservations, concierge services, or related areas.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, HubSpot, CRM systems, and online communication platforms.

• Excellent organizational capabilities and attention to detail.

• Willingness to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.

• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
