📋 Description

• We are seeking to hire an executive coach for Hendrik, the CEO of Sharpist, for a duration of over 12 months.

• The context is that Hendrik is steering Sharpist through a transformational phase that is defining the category.

• The selection of a coach is among the most crucial hires for this transformation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience operating at the C-level in enterprise SaaS, particularly during the 10M+ ARR scale phase.

• Background as a Founder, CEO, COO, or in a similar role.

• Expertise in coaching as a primary profession.

• Must be trained, certified, and actively practicing in the field.
