Executive Business Scaling Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide individualized guidance to 40 founders during monthly scaling cycles.

• Assist clients using the Scaling Framework with clarity, focus, and discipline.

• Establish rapid and enduring trust through radical candor and high-performance discussions.

• Offer strategic insights and firm accountability to foster momentum and achieve results.

• Monitor progress, eliminate bottlenecks, and identify opportunities for acceleration.

• Contribute to the advancement of our strategist systems and enhance the member experience.

• Deliver exceptional hospitality—on every call, at every touchpoint, every time.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience in building or scaling a business—entrepreneurial experience is mandatory.

• You possess significant coaching and/or consulting experience.

• You demonstrate excellent communication skills and a commanding presence.

• You are skilled at rapidly establishing deep trust and leading with clarity and conviction.

• You can distill complex strategies and communicate effectively with serious operators.

• You have a strong focus on results, rhythm, and execution—no fluff.

• You are not here to promote your own frameworks; instead, you aim to master and apply ours.

• You exhibit emotional intelligence, high discipline, and a proactive approach.

• This is a full-time, exclusive position—Strategists are not permitted to engage in outside coaching, consulting, or side ventures.

• This position includes a 90-day training and probationary period to ensure alignment, readiness, and suitability. Compensation will increase during this period, with full salary offered upon successful completion.
