This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee projects, address operational challenges, and monitor follow-ups among various stakeholders.
• Organize family logistics, tackle last-minute problems, adjust travel plans, manage delicate communications, and ensure that critical tasks are handled effectively.
• Propel initiatives forward with minimal need for continual founder involvement.

• Facilitate communication internally, externally, and across different functions.
• Manage inbox and information: prioritize, filter, and direct correspondence efficiently.
• Handle travel and logistics in a flexible, dependable, and proactive manner.
• Approach these responsibilities with the same level of professionalism as you would business matters.
• Navigate sensitive situations and ad-hoc requests with composure and solution-oriented thinking.
• Conduct documentation and research in a structured, swift, and actionable manner.

• Typical backgrounds include project coordination, working in a founder's office, operational roles in startups or scale-ups, consulting with a strong execution track record, VC platform/portfolio operations, or high-level executive support, as well as experience from military or elite performance settings.
• Proficiency in German (C1+) and English; additional languages are a plus.
