
Executive Assistant – Trustee Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Provide high-level administrative, fundraising, and governance assistance to the Director of Development.
• Act as the main point of contact for the Board of Trustees.
• Manage the Board's experience, from meeting planning to supporting governance processes.
• Oversee the logistics for meetings, field trips, and special events.
• Create agendas and coordinate the activities of various committees.
• Produce refined Board materials, including pre-reads and presentations.
• Align trustee engagement with fundraising objectives and facilitate donor relations activities.
• Offer comprehensive executive support, encompassing calendar management and special project coordination.
• Develop processes and tools to enhance efficiency and track performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in generating reports and analyzing as well as interpreting data.
• Experience in managing the schedule and contacts of a senior leader.
• Familiarity with database management.
• Experience collaborating across departments.
• A valid driver's license and compliance with TNC’s Auto Safety Program.
