This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive in managing the daily operations of their real estate business.
• Assist in managing calendars, reminders, priorities, and follow-up tasks.
• Organize emails, tasks, documents, and client-related information efficiently.
• Anticipate the Executive's needs and proactively suggest improvements for organization and efficiency.
• Support both business-related and occasional personal administrative tasks as required.
• Help maintain the Executive’s database of past clients, friends, referral partners, and agents.
• Facilitate ongoing follow-up with previous clients and referral sources.
• Aid in organizing contacts and ensuring CRM records remain accurate and up to date.
• Identify opportunities for consistent communication with the Executive’s network.
• Assist in the coordination of listings and administrative tasks related to current and upcoming properties.
• Help collect and arrange listing information, documents, photos, and other supporting materials.
• Support communication with vendors, municipalities, and other parties involved in the listing process.
• Conduct research on property-related information and necessary documentation as needed.
• Assist in professional communication with clients, vendors, agents, and local offices.
• Draft and send emails that reflect clear, polished, and professional language.
• Assist with social media postings and provide basic content support.
• 2 – 3+ years of experience supporting a busy executive, business owner, real estate professional, or leader in professional services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
• Clear, professional communication style appropriate for client-facing interactions.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Experience in managing emails, calendars, tasks, and recurring administrative workflows.
• Comfort in communicating with U.S.-based clients, vendors, and business owners.
• Ability to manage confidential business and personal information with discretion.
