Executive Assistant – Coaches, EOS, Consultants

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee inbox management, calendar organization, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and CRM updates.

• Assist with administrative tasks related to webinars, launches, and client onboarding.

• Monitor action items and coordinate with contractors effectively.

• Maintain comprehensive records for clients, including notes and the handoff of deliverables.

• Provide dependable right-hand support, focusing on execution rather than mere task completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience supporting a founder, coach, consultant, or agency owner.

• Experience managing inbox triage for over 20 meetings a week for at least one executive.

• Proficiency in 3 or more of the following tools for at least 12 months: Google Workspace, Zoom, Calendly, Slack, ClickUp/Asana, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Kajabi.

• Experience launching webinars or events per month or managing 30+ client follow-up tasks weekly.

• At least 12 months of tenure with the same founder or client, or availability of 2+ founder references.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Open to undergoing necessary training assessments as part of the hiring process.

• Equipped with a professional home office setup and reliable internet connectivity.
