This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Take full ownership of the executive calendar, managing it across various time zones, including those in the US, Europe, and Korea.
• Organize internal meetings, external partner calls, OEM interactions, and cross-departmental reviews.
• Safeguard the executive's focus time, ensuring that the calendar consistently reflects the appropriate priorities.
• Coordinate logistics and prepare briefing materials prior to each meeting.
• Oversee the executive's inbox on a daily basis, flagging urgent items, drafting responses, and organizing remaining correspondence.
• Manage bilingual communication in English and Korean with Korean-speaking partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all communications are promptly and professionally addressed.
• Draft, review, and send emails and follow-up messages on behalf of the executive as necessary.
• Arrange and oversee complex international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa arrangements.
• Create comprehensive itineraries that consider time zones, meeting schedules, and logistics across various countries.
• Handle last-minute changes smoothly and efficiently, without disrupting the executive's commitments.
• Act as a primary contact for Korean-speaking OEM partners, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Compile bilingual meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up communications.
• Facilitate cross-cultural communication between the executive team and Korean-speaking counterparts.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for drafting correspondence, summarizing documents, preparing briefings, and optimizing repetitive tasks.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, action items, and follow-up trackers.
• Manage expense reports, vendor coordination, and document organization.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests from senior leadership as necessary.
• Professional fluency in both Korean and English, both written and spoken, is a mandatory requirement.
• Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior EA supporting a C-suite executive or senior leadership team.
• Strong experience in calendar management across multiple time zones, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region.
• Comfort in using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT as an integral part of your daily workflow.
• Exceptional written communication skills in both Korean and English, capable of drafting professional correspondence in both languages.
• Highly organized and proactive, with a keen attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Discreet and trustworthy when managing sensitive business information and executive communications.
• Able to remain calm and effective under pressure, managing competing priorities without overlooking tasks.
