This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• The Virtual Assistant (VA) serves as the primary liaison with clients and will operate independently with them.
• The VA will receive guidance from their designated Account Supervisor, who will support the VA-client relationship through plan adjustments, inquiries, and feedback regarding quality, delegation challenges, and more.
• The VA is responsible for delivering a high standard of professional administrative services by undertaking tasks and projects as directed by the client, ensuring timely execution and the highest quality standards.
• Virtual Assistants are expected to submit weekly usage reports, respond to all communications within a two-hour timeframe, maintain comprehensive and current client profiles, and adhere to Zirtual's best practices for success.
• The VA may assist clients with project management and organization, personal and business calendar oversight, research, purchasing, and various administrative tasks.
• The VA must maintain ongoing clear communication regarding task progress, requirements, and inquiries with their clients.
• Bilingual **(English/French)**
• Clear, concise, proactive, and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
• Capability to manage multiple tasks across various programs and adapt to new software as necessary

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to understand complex tasks
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building swift working relationships
• Friendly and enthusiastic approach to teamwork
• Proficient in internet/web usage and computer skills
• Associate’s Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or a minimum of 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives
• At least 4 years of administrative experience
• Preferred experience in supporting C-level executives
• Experience in Real Estate Management/Support
• Experience in Wealth Management
• Experience in the Medical field
• Experience in the Social Media and/or Marketing sector
• Preferred familiarity with JaneApp
• Proficient in Google Suite and Google Calendar, and fluent in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in a task management tool such as Trello or Asana
• Preferred experience with a communication platform like Slack
• Preferred knowledge of a CRM system such as SalesForce, Hubspot, or Zoho
• Preferred experience with expense reporting software like Quickbooks or Expensify
• Preferred experience with travel management tools such as Concur
• Preferred experience with social media management software like Hootsuite and WordPress
• Reliable internet connection, computer, and phone
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with accuracy
• Availability during business hours PST or EST Monday to Friday, **unless otherwise agreed in writing with each client**
