This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist the Founder & CEO with everyday operations.
• Serve as a “functioning memory” for the CEO.
• Enhance the quality of written communications.
• Take ownership of essential operational processes and oversee communication systems.
• Aid in the implementation of tools and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support the leadership team.
• Manage emails and communication in accordance with established guidelines.
• Organize client communications and logistics for meetings.
• Ensure data integrity by maintaining the CRM system.
• Arrange personal documents and handle personal tasks.
• Document SOPs and continuously refine workflows.
• Over 3 years of experience in supporting senior executives in roles such as EA, Operations Coordinator, or a similar position.
• Outstanding written communication skills — must demonstrate stronger writing abilities than the executive.
• Proven capability to adhere to and replicate structured formats.
• Strong organizational and execution abilities.
• Comfortable serving as a “memory system” for a dynamic CEO.
• Excellent organizational instincts and follow-through skills.
• Solid understanding of U.S. business culture and communication styles.
• Proficient in working with systems and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Ability to anticipate needs and provide context-aware assistance.
• Capable of handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Technologically adept and able to adapt to changing systems and tools.
• Thrives in environments that demand high accountability and clarity.
