This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Deliver Tier 2/3 operational support for Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments.
• Diagnose and resolve mailbox, transport, connectivity, authentication, permissions, and client-side issues.
• Implement PowerShell-driven workflows for bulk operations, mailbox automation, user lifecycle tasks, migrations, and configuration updates.
• Oversee service health, message hygiene, queue status, and behaviors related to Exchange Online Protection (EOP).
• Assist with mailbox migrations, including tenant-to-tenant, on-premises to cloud, and cross-platform migrations such as G-Suite/AWS.
• Aid in the deployment, configuration, and activation of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Exchange Online and M365 services within an enterprise setting.
• Expertise in PowerShell, particularly in scripting for automation and bulk tasks.
• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities related to mail flow, authentication, permissions, and client issues.
• Experience with supporting or deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI/automation systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional qualifications.
