This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Comprehensive management of all national and regional trade shows, which includes vendor coordination, budget management, event logistics, and post-event evaluation.
• Responsible for overseeing Follett Software’s annual Sales Kickoff (SKO)—from the initial planning stages through onsite execution and post-event feedback collection.
• Supervision of our expanding webinar program, ensuring that each session is aligned with campaign and product priorities while engaging the appropriate audiences.
• Assistance in customer experience initiatives, which encompass customer advisory boards, user group events, and community-building activities.
• Management of the master events calendar for Follett Software, ensuring strategic alignment and visibility across various teams.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience collaborating with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
• Familiarity with project management and event planning tools.
• Proven experience in developing and managing an event budget exceeding $600K.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products.
• The ideal candidate should be a well-organized project manager who is passionate about creating impactful experiences. They should be adept at managing multiple deadlines, enjoy cross-functional collaboration, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in B2B software, edtech, or education-related sectors is advantageous.
