This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement communication strategies for all PreBorn! events, including fundraising activities, partner meetings, training sessions, and internal gatherings.
• Author and oversee event-related content such as invitations, registration messages, scripts, run-of-show documents, follow-up communications, and donor interactions.
• Collaborate with the Events team to ensure that messaging, attendee experiences, and event goals are aligned.
• Guarantee that all event communications align with PreBorn!’s mission, theological principles, and brand identity.
• Design and oversee communication strategies for pregnancy clinic partners and program participants.
• Formulate clear and consistent messaging for onboarding, training, program updates, and ongoing engagement.
• Work with Programs and Virtual Care Services teams to ensure the accuracy and clarity of materials intended for clients.
• Enhance communication workflows to improve responsiveness and partner satisfaction.
• Produce high-quality, mission-driven content across various platforms (email, print, digital, scripts).
• Simplify complex programmatic or operational details into clear and engaging communications.
• Maintain uniformity in tone, messaging, and branding across all event and client communications.
• Aid in storytelling initiatives by incorporating impact narratives into event and partner communications when suitable.
• Act as the primary contact between Events, Marketing, and Programs for communication requirements.
• Synchronize communication timelines with event production plans and program deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to produce materials that support communication strategies.
• Ensure that all communications are incorporated into larger organizational campaigns as applicable.
• Manage several communication projects concurrently with a strong focus on detail and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain communication calendars for Events and Programs initiatives.
• Conduct quality control on all communications, including proofreading and accuracy verification.
• Use project management tools and systems to monitor progress and deliverables.
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts (open rates, engagement, feedback).
• Suggest enhancements to communication strategies, tools, and processes.
• Identify ways to streamline communication and boost clarity and impact.
• Agreement with and adherence to PreBorn!’s Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct.
• Willingness to pray for the ministry of PreBorn! and commitment to a continuously evolving biblical, evangelical lifestyle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Positive team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Independent, result-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic setting, effectively managing multiple priorities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities, with the capacity to tailor tone for diverse audiences.
• Highly organized and focused on execution.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in communications, marketing, events, or a related field.
• Proficient in email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools.
• Proven experience in the responsibilities outlined above.
